  • Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders shipped to a California address must pay the current California Sales Tax.

    Some products have optional items that are sold separately, and some items will be drop shipped separately directly from the manufacturer.

    HPA will only ship to the billing address of the credit card of Paypal account. Please contact HPA first if you wish to have your parts shipped to another address.

    HP Autosport, Inc. reserves the right to change the method of shipping. All International orders are shipped UPS when FedEx is selected, unless a deposit for custom duty has been made. All Credit Card and Paypal Orders can ONLY be shipped to a verified Billing Address, NO exceptions. Credit Card Orders will not be shipped until all information are verified and matched. Time for orders to be processed completely is approximately 24-72 hours from original order date.

    HPA ship all packages with a signature requirement. If you wish to receive your package without a signature, please note that in the comment section during checkout or send us an email to release our liability.

    HPA reserve the right to change shipping method.



  • International

  •  International Orders
    We strive to reduce shipping costs wherever possible and do our best to safely and securely package your merchandise. The full international shipping charges may not appear on your online order. HP Autosport representative will review the shipping charges on all international orders to verify the accuracy of all charges. If you have any question regarding international shipping, please email us at hpautosport@yahoo.com

    All applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the Receiver and will be billed separately by the carrier and/or government agency, not by HP Autosport. All international shipments, including Canada, are assigned a Customs broker by the carrier. If you wish to use your own broker, contact the carrier with the tracking number. Rates and fees for brokerage will vary. HP Autosport is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the carrier, broker, foreign government, and/or Customs agent. By placing an order with HP Autosport you agree to pay any and all shipping charges, duties, tax, and/or brokerage fees. Failure to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned or abandoned completely. No refund will be available if the carrier abandons the shipment. If the parts are returned, the refund credit will be determined by HP Autosport.




  • Sales Tax

  • HP Autosport, Inc. charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

The customer also understands that there is no warranty whatsoever, express or implied, on any parts used for modification, competition, track events and racing. 

    Labor is NOT warranted nor reimbursed. 

    Customer understands that there is no warranty on electrical or RACE parts. Customer agrees to notify HP Autosport immediately upon discovery of any product defect. Customer understands that defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with HP Autowerks return policy and at Customer expense. HP Autosport will replace all defective items that meet return or replacement requirements. Customer understands that HP Autosport will not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages or for loss, inconvenience, damage or expense directly or indirectly arising from the use (or inability to use) or a third party unauthorized use, of any product or its components, either separately or in combination with other equipment, or for commercial loss of any kind, regardless whether HP Autosport had been advised of such possibility.

    HP Autosport makes no representation whatsoever that installation and or use of parts purchased from HP Autosport will not have a negative effect on any warranty that may exist on Customer’s vehicle. Customer understands that he assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of products sold by HP Autosport.

     



  • Return Policy

  • A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned items or canceled orders that have been shipped. There are absolutely NO refunds for special order or custom products. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Returned items will only be accepted if the items are returned to HP Autosport, Inc. within 14 days of the invoice date.

    Before installing anything, one must make sure that everything is correct as ordered. We are not liable or responsible for incorrect product selection or installation nor can we reimburse for any labor charges involved in the installation.

    HP Autosport, Inc. is not liable for any shipping damages. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on personalized or custom order items. It is company policy to charge customers all freight charges associated with the shipment and a 20% restocking fee on all products shipped. Please inspect packaging and contents for damage upon receipt. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packaging materials for carrier inspection as Fedex requires original packaging for inspection in order to process a claim. Do not break down or throw away package. Buyer must notify seller within 3 business days or risk nullification of exchange or refund policy. Every item shipped is thoroughly inspected for damage before shipping.

    Please call before returning an item for authorization.  Send a copy of the invoice and the reason for your return. 

    Only the manufacturer warranty if there is one, will be valid. All associated models have registered trademarks of the respective companies.

    Any new or used parts left at HP Autosport, Inc. must be picked up within 30 days. HP Autosport, Inc. can not be held responsible for missing parts beyond the 30 day period.

  • Products sold by HP Autosport, Inc. are NOT street legal, emissions legal, and it is solely up to the purchaser to determine if the product will suit their needs. Products sold are for off-road use ONLY.

    VOID WHERE PROHIBITED:
    Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. HP Autosport, Inc. and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. Any offer for any product or service made in the materials on this Web site is void where prohibited.

    GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of HP Autosport, Inc. shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

    MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and HP Autosport, Inc. with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and HP Autosport, Inc. with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by HP Autosport, Inc.. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
